Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a GTM strategist and sales leader to drive growth within startups of all sizes. You’ll own the scaling startups strategy from the ground up, working with our Head of Sales, Director of Revenue Strategy, and executives across GTM and product.

You’ll manage the Startup Sales Manager and directly lead the Venture Ecosystem team to shape the sales motion and strategy. You’ll have substantial autonomy to build and refine the overall startup sales approach,

Qualifications

• 7+ years selling foundational software and financial products into growth-stage startups.
• 4+ years of people management.
• Experience leading quota-carrying sales teams and developing both team leads and ICs.
• Ability to build a disciplined SaaS sales motion while leveraging in-person relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy across segments, markets, pipeline creation, and conversion.
• Combine proven SaaS sales practices with in-market founder/investor engagement and portfolio programs.
• Raise the quality of execution through discovery, deal strategy, and coaching.
• Drive outcomes beyond the close by activating deposits, payments, cards, and broader financial operations.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with SDRs, Revenue Strategy, Partnerships, Marketing, Product, and post-sales teams.
• Build for the next stage by hiring, shaping workflows, and extracting customer and market insights.
