Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Content Design Vice President on the Design System team to develop content plans for inclusive, usable product experiences and shape customer journeys through content.

You will lead strategically important initiatives, collaborate with design, product, technology, and risk partners, and translate voice, tone, accessibility, and risk requirements into reusable content patterns for broad adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in content design and related fields.
• Storytelling skills to clarify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Proven workshop facilitation across product teams.
• Advanced technical literacy and understanding of content platforms.
• Experience with design systems and scalable guidance for components.
• Experience using AI to improve technical documentation.
• Ability to design reusable content models and governance.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and evolve scalable content design strategies and processes that serve the business needs of the design systems and the products that use the system.
• Facilitate end-to-end discovery workshops with designers, engineers, and product managers to gain a better understanding of the underlying narrative and optimal content architecture required to make the product intuitive and highly usable.
• Use content models and taxonomies to design, structure, and organize digital content to effectively guide customers through the experience and simplify complex technical concepts.
• Convert voice and editorial guidance into objective, repeatable rules and patterns that can be embedded into agentic workflows, templates, and content platforms.
• Champion inclusive language for a diverse audience, ensuring seamless, positive interactions throughout the customer journey.
• Coordinate the lifecycle of shared standards so downstream product teams can adopt changes with minimal disruption.
• Enable safe scaling for decentralized teams by defining an extension approach that allows domain‑specific nuance within shared guardrails.
