Intent Clinical is a concierge mental health company serving high-net-worth families and their advisors. The Vice President of Client Services will lead national service delivery, ensuring quality, consistency, and scalability of care across a nationwide clinician network.

Reporting to the COO, you will oversee the full-service delivery infrastructure, drive credentialing and quality assurance, and partner with HR to expand a 400+ clinician network.

Competenze

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in service operations, healthcare, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience delivering direct care services.
• Master's degree in social work, psychology, or similar.
• Active licenses/certifications such as PsyD or LCSW are preferred.
• Experience leading remote, nationally distributed teams in high-growth environments.
