Job summary

Intent Clinical is seeking a Vice President of Client Services to lead nationwide care delivery, ensuring top-tier, concierge-level experiences for high-net-worth clients. The role reports to the COO and offers a fully remote work arrangement.

You will build scalable service delivery, manage remote teams, and implement standards to accelerate matching clients with the right clinicians. A Master’s in social work or psychology plus 10+ years in leadership are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in service operations, healthcare, behavioral health, or related field
• 5+ years providing direct care services
• Master’s degree in social work or psychology
• Licensure or certifications (e.g., PsyD, LCSW)
• Proven success scaling service delivery in high-growth environments
• Strong understanding of mental health landscape
• Experience managing remote, distributed teams
• Strong operational instincts; build systems and drive accountability
• Discretion and professionalism serving high-net-worth clients
• Collaborative leadership across service, operations and business dev

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day care delivery across all service lines
