Deep Centered Mental Health seeks a Vice President of Clinical Operations to oversee operational delivery across 15 Texas clinics. You will guide clinical and facility operations for 230+ clinicians, ensuring efficient, high-quality care.

Collaborate with the CMO and COO to raise standards, optimize workflows, and scale systems for growth. The role demands strategic leadership, cross-functional communication, and empathy-driven accountability across all locations in Texas.

Qualificações

• 5-10 years of progressive healthcare operations management experience.
• Experience in a psychiatry or behavioral health practice is required.
• Experience overseeing provider operations across multiple locations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate across clinical and administrative teams.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and operational oversight across clinical practices and provider teams.
• Establish and maintain consistent operational standards across locations.
• Evaluate workflows to improve efficiency, consistency, and patient experience.
• Partner with clinical leadership to support provider operations and priorities.
• Monitor performance and lead operational initiatives across the organization.
• Oversee operational management of 15 clinic locations and ensure effective execution.
