JPMorganChase’s Commercial & Investment Banking communications team is seeking a Communications Manager to support Global Banking Technology and partner with the CIO and leaders to drive internal communications and employee engagement.

The role focuses on conveying business priorities, fostering a connected culture, and managing channels like town halls, intranet stories, and organizational announcements to keep colleagues informed.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of corporate communications with hands-on writing, editing, PM, and executive communications.
• Experience working with C-suite executives and developing executive-level messages.
• Excellent writing skills to translate complex technology into relatable narratives.
• Organized self-starter with project management and multitasking abilities; strong interpersonal skills.
• Curious learner with a willingness to bring new ideas.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Communications lead/partner for Global Banking (GB) Technology.
• Devise strategic communications plans and campaigns; write executive communications.
• Collaborate with executive communications partners across technology and business lines.
• Manage broadcast emails and Targeted Email distribution; analyze data to improve reach.
• Ensure messaging consistency with business leads and firm-wide programs.
