Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Global Investment Banking Communications Manager Vice President to craft executive messages, manage internal newsletters, and plan events end-to-end. You will advise on communications strategy, build cross-functional relationships, and oversee editorial content for senior leaders worldwide.

You will collaborate with business management, marketing, content, digital and legal teams, delivering high-impact communications that align with priorities and budgets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience and a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience with corporate internal communications and employee engagement.
• Ability to tell stories clearly for diverse audiences.
• Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills.
• Strong multitasking and project management in a fast-paced setting.
• Attention to detail and analytical problem solving.
• Proficiency in visual storytelling for presentations.

Responsibilities

• Develop executive messages and internal newsletters for Global Investment Banking.
• Draft talking points, design presentations, and write internal articles.
• Plan and manage internal events end-to-end to inform audiences.
• Build relationships with business partners and communications teams.
• Lead budgets tracking, forecasting and headcount reconciliations.
• Measure results to showcase business impact of communications.
• Create strategic presentations and support senior leaders.
• Identify opportunities to drive impact with new platforms and initiatives.
• Stay current on industry and communications trends.
