Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York seeks a strategic communications manager for the CIB Communications team supporting the D&PS organization.

You will lead executive storytelling and develop a comprehensive strategy to accelerate transformation across Technology, Operations, Digital Innovation, AI and Data. The role covers multichannel content, town halls, intranet, newsletters, and coordination with Press and Marketing.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in corporate executive and internal communications.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, communications, journalism, or related fields.
• Experience consulting directly with senior executives and subject matter experts; coaching leaders for high-visibility moments.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead end-to-end communications strategy for CIB Operations.
• Advise senior leaders on communications strategy, messaging, and reputation management.
• Lead executive employee engagement events including site visits, offsites, all hands calls, town halls, roundtables and fireside chats.
• Develop executive messaging, talking points, briefs, org announcements, change management updates, etc.
• Develop narratives and campaigns and disseminate via multi-channel approaches.
• Support intranet management; oversee look, feel and navigation, and advise on content strategy.
• Measure and report on communications effectiveness; refine strategy based on insights.
