As Vice President, Global Technology Center Communications, you will partner with Tech Center leadership, coordinate across GT Communications and regional teams, and translate priorities into clear, scalable communications that drive engagement and execution.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in employee communications, technology communications or related field.
• Exceptional project management with multiple workstreams and deadlines.
• Ability to coordinate across a matrixed organization and align diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent writing, editing and content development skills for varied audiences.
• Experience developing and executing communications plans aligned to business priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and operational excellence.
• Ability to build credibility and influence with senior stakeholders.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own development and delivery of communications supporting Global Technology priorities across Technology Centers.
• Serve as trusted advisor to Tech Center leadership and regional teams to shape messaging.
• Develop plans translating priorities into actionable messaging for Technology Center audiences.
• Partner with teams to create, distribute and amplify content across channels.
• Lead communications support for events, visits and engagement programs.
• Monitor engagement and feedback to inform future strategies.
