Job summary

JPMorgan Chase's Commercial & Investment Banking communications team seeks a strategic Communications Manager to support Global Services. You will lead internal communications and employee engagement, translating business priorities into clear messages for GS leadership and staff.

You will manage channels such as newsletters, town halls, intranet stories and announcements, partnering with HR and business management to drive engagement and safeguard the firm's reputation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of corporate internal communications experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, communications, journalism, or related fields.
• Excellent writing and editing abilities; strong verbal communication.
• Ability to develop cohesive and effective communication strategies that resonate with key audiences.
• Passion for storytelling and leading narratives that support business goals.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives.
• Meticulous approach to accuracy and quality in communications.
• Analytical mindset for addressing challenges and finding solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communications strategy aligned with business goals.
• Manage and evolve key internal communications channels, including newsletters, town halls, organizational announcements and intranet stories.
• Collaborate with internal partners to support the business, including other Communications teams, Business Management, HR, etc.
• Measure and track key metrics to monitor results and identify areas for improvement.
