Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in employee communications, technology communications or related field.
• Exceptional project management skills with multiple workstreams and deadlines.
• Ability to coordinate across a matrixed organization and align diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent writing, editing and content development for varied audiences.
• Experience developing and executing communications plans tied to business priorities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality and operational excellence.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders in a large organization.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own development and delivery of communications supporting Global Technology priorities across Technology Centers.
• Serve as trusted advisor to Tech Center leadership and regional teams to shape messaging and engagement objectives.
• Develop and execute plans translating priorities into actionable messaging for Technology Center audiences.
• Collaborate with GT Communications and other teams to create and amplify content across channels.
• Lead communications support for Tech Center events, visits and engagement programs.
• Monitor engagement and feedback to inform future communications strategies and improve employee experience.
