• 8–12 years of experience in media, advertising, marketing, or related fields with a background in consultative sales or agency leadership.
• Proven ability to connect media solutions to client objectives through strategic storytelling and consultative selling.
• Experience partnering within complex, matrixed organizations.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing multiple priorities.
