Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in media, advertising, marketing, or related fields, with a background in consultative sales or agency leadership.
• Proven ability to connect media solutions to client objectives through strategic storytelling and consultative selling.
• Experience partnering within complex, matrixed organizations.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Preferred: Broad experience across media and marketing channels—including programmatic media, advanced television, influencer marketing, retail media, and traditional media—with familiarity in identity and data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to agency and client partners, building credibility and confidence.
• Develop growth plans aligned to client objectives, agency priorities, and CMS opportunities.
• Lead conversations that position CMS offerings as drivers of business value.

• Monitor pacing and forecasting across accounts, proactively identifying risks and opportunities.
