Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management, customer success or consultative B2B sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established portfolio of veterinary partnerships.
• Conduct regular customer visits, strategic business reviews and service consultations.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships.
• Become a trusted advisor by understanding each customer's business and recommending solutions.
• Partner with Business Development Managers to onboard new customers.
• Maintain customer activity using CRM tools and track retention targets.
