Small Door Veterinary seeks a Veterinarian Recruiter to partner with clinics and markets, shaping our growing veterinary team across Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Midwest regions. You will own the full hiring process, from sourcing to offer, while traveling to priority markets and building lasting relationships with veterinarians and staff.

The role emphasizes a white-glove candidate experience, proactive outreach, and collaboration with field leaders to ensure quality, culture, and rapid growth

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting, preferably veterinary.
• Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills.
• Willing to travel to clinics and markets.
