Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Shift Lead to support the Practice Manager and COS while ensuring high‑quality care and outstanding client experiences. The role also covers duties of a Client Services Coordinator and Veterinary Assistant as needed.

The right candidate will have at least two years in a veterinary hospital, be able to work evenings and weekends, and demonstrate strong teamwork and communication skills to keep the hospital efficient and caring for pets.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years veterinary hospital experience.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• Must be able to work long hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Support the Practice Manager and COS to maximize hospital productivity and profitability.
• Provide exceptional client service and educate clients about pet health and preventive care.
• Coordinate schedule of associates and CE planning to meet client needs.
• Perform duties of Client Services Coordinator and Veterinary Assistant when needed.
