Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Hospital Shift Lead to support the Practice Manager and Chief of Staff in guiding the team to maximize productivity and hospital profitability. The role includes supervising daily operations, delivering outstanding client and patient experiences, and stepping in as a Client Services Coordinator and Veterinary Assistant when needed.

Ideal candidates will have at least two years of veterinary hospital experience, be 18+, and hold a High School Diploma

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client and pet experiences while supporting hospital leadership.
