Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Hospital Shift Lead to provide exceptional client and pet experiences while assisting the Practice Manager and Chief of Staff in guiding the team to maximize hospital productivity and profitability. Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client and pet experiences while guiding the team to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Support the Practice Manager and/or Chief of Staff in developing an efficient, productive team.
• Perform duties of Client Services Coordinator and Veterinary Assistant when needed.
• Schedule associates to meet client needs and plan time off and CE scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with all practice policies and procedures.
• Deliver professional, efficient client service and educate clients about wellness plans and hospital services.
