• Proficient with computers; MS Office and PMS experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and pets by name and manage check-in/check-out.
• Use EzyVet to schedule, adjust, and confirm appointments.
• Handle inquiries about services and products; explain exam processes.
• Process payments and explain invoices.
• Maintain lobby, cleanliness, and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with doctors and team; communicate via email/text.
