Twin Cities Animal Rehabilitation & Sports Medicine – North Blaine, Minnesota invites an experienced Lead Client Service Representative to lead the front desk, coach the CSR team, and partner with the Practice Manager to run the clinic smoothly and professionally.

The role includes a structured Lead CSR training program, progression to the Lead CSR pay rate, and opportunities for development and certifications while delivering exceptional client service day to day.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of veterinary client service experience.
• Basic understanding of veterinary terminology.
• Strong client service and communication skills.
• Experience with a veterinary practice management system (ezyVet a plus).
• Ability to stay organized and prioritize in a busy environment.
• Strong follow-through and attention to detail.
• Ability to provide feedback, address problems, and hold others accountable.
• Interest in training, mentoring, and developing team members.
• Ability to work collaboratively with veterinarians, technicians, assistants, and management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support and grow the CSR team: oversee daily front desk workflow, train and coach CSRs, onboard new CSRs, give feedback.
• Provide exceptional client service from initial contact through pet care, handle client questions and resolve issues, maintain consistent communication.
• Coordinate daily schedules, appointments and patient flow; ensure accurate records, charges, payments and invoices; manage front desk operations.
• Develop and maintain veterinary rehabilitation terminology knowledge; ensure clinic policies followed; assist with team communication.
• Participate in training and career growth; support leadership development and industry certifications.
