Job summary

Wantage Veterinary Hospital in Wantage, NJ is seeking a friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients and their pets. You will greet owners, check in animals, schedule appointments, process payments, and perform general administrative duties. Experience preferred but training is available.

This position requires availability Tue 1pm–7pm, Thu 1pm–7pm, and Sat 8am–5pm. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling software is a plus, and you will work in a busy clinic

Job Summary

Are you a pet lover with a passion for customer service? If so, we’d like to hear from you! We are seeking an outgoing and organized individual to be the Receptionist at our busy clinic. As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will greet pet owners and check in pets, schedule appointments, process payments, and generally ensure that the clinic is a welcoming place. Experience preferred but willing to train the right individual. Hours will be Tuesday and Thursday 1pm to 7pm and Saturdays will be mandatory 8am to 5pm.
