Job Summary
Our hospital is seeking a Part‑time Veterinary Receptionist to help provide outstanding patient care and client service in a fast‑paced, multi‑doctor animal hospital. The veterinary receptionist is responsible for maintaining front‑of‑house duties. These tasks vary by day but may include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, greeting clients, maintaining hospital required paperwork, and reviewing invoices or discharge instructions. Clear communication and organizational skills are key!

Required Skills & Knowledge
- Prior customer service experience.
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
- Regular on‑site presence is an essential function of the role. Due to the nature of veterinary hospital operations, in‑person attendance is necessary to support patient care, respond to time‑sensitive needs, collaborate with clinical teams, and maintain safety and well‑being of patients, clients, and staff.
