As the first point of contact for our clients, the Veterinary Receptionist plays a critical role in creating a welcoming and efficient experience. What You’ll Do

Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
Schedule appointments efficiently and accurately
Answer phones, triage calls, and manage multiple lines
Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
Maintain complete and accurate medical records
Communicate clearly with veterinary assistants, technicians, and doctors
Support a smooth workflow between the front and back of the hospital

What Our Veterinary Receptionists Bring

Previous animal experience strongly preferred (veterinary clinic, kennel, shelter, or similar setting)
