Job summary

Chambers Prairie Animal Hospital is seeking a friendly Client Service Representative to join our four-doctor veterinary team. You will welcome clients, manage appointments, and coordinate front-desk communications in a fast-paced clinic.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service or office experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and their pets with warmth, professionalism, and a friendly attitude.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients in person and by phone.
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to client questions.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate the hospital calendar.
  • Help manage client inquiries and route medical concerns appropriately.
  • Check clients and patients in and out for appointments.
  • Maintain accurate client and patient records.
  • Update information within the hospital’s practice management system.
  • Assist with billing and payment processes.
  • Help coordinate veterinary services, procedures, and follow-up needs.
