In this fast-paced role, you will answer multi-line phones, assist front-desk tasks, process transactions, and support the team in delivering outstanding care to patients and their families.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer service, reception, or client-facing role.
• Previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare front-desk experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and provide exceptional client service.
• Schedule and manage appointments and daily patient flow.
