Belvoir Pet Hospital is seeking an outgoing Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative to be the welcoming face of our hospital. In this fast-paced role, you will create exceptional client experiences, manage appointments and daily patient flow, handle multi-line phones and in-person interactions, process transactions, and support clients with information about our services.

Ideal candidates are friendly, detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrive in a team-focused customer

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a customer service, reception, or client-facing role
• Previous veterinary receptionist experience required
• Proficiency managing a multi-phone line system while assisting in-person clients
• Experience with veterinary practice management software, preferably Avimark
• Strong verbal and written communication, compassionate service in routine and emotionally sensitive situations
• Well-organized with good time management and calendar coordination

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and guests; provide exceptional service and information about our services
• Manage appointments and daily patient flow
• Handle multi-line phone system and in-person interactions
• Process transactions accurately and maintain financial records
• Support clients with essential information and guidance about services at Belvoir Pet Hospital
