Summertree Animal & Bird Clinic, LLC in Dallas, TX is seeking a receptionist to be the first friendly face for clients and pets. You will manage a multi-line phone system, schedule appointments, and handle financial transactions with accuracy and care.

Ideally you bring veterinary exposure and a customer-service mindset, and you will work Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays, ensuring smooth daily operations and outstanding client experiences in a busy, full-service practice.

Qualifications

• Passion for excellent customer service and love for animals.

• Strong organizational skills with multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work independently when needed.
• Veterinary experience preferred; strong customer service required.

Responsibilities

• Be the Director of First Impressions: manage a multi-line phone system and greet clients.
• Coordinate care: maintain medical records, schedule appointments, and handle payments.
• Educate clients on preventive care and hospital services for pets.
• Provide a compassionate, respectful presence to clients and pets.
