I-20 Animal Medical Center in Arlington, TX is seeking a friendly Veterinary Receptionist who will be the first contact for clients and their pets, supporting clear communication with our veterinary team.

You will greet clients and pets, answer phones, schedule appointments, check in/out, handle payments, and maintain accurate patient records. Strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are essential; veterinary software familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a veterinary or medical office preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable handling pets and speaking with owners.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Familiarity with veterinary software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and their pets warmly upon arrival.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the appointment calendar.
• Check clients in and out, process payments, and handle basic billing.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed.
• Communicate with clients about their pet’s care and next steps.
• Provide support to veterinary staff as needed.
• Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
