Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Calm and efficient approach in a fast-paced environment.
• Confidence handling pets of all sizes and temperaments.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Fundamental veterinary skills in laboratory, pharmacy, nursing, and radiology are a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential patient care and assist the medical team.
• Be the go-to support for the medical team to ensure smooth workflow.
• Create a positive client experience through scheduling, payments, and communications.
• Maintain a safe and clean hospital environment and routine equipment upkeep.
