Job summary

Denton Veterinary Center in Denton, TX is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join our team. You will manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients with compassion, and coordinate appointments and medical records to keep the hospital running smoothly.

We value teamwork, clear communication, and a patient, animal-centered approach. Weekend and holiday availability is required, with hours Monday–Friday until 5:30 PM and Saturday mornings until noon.

• Be the Director of First Impressions: manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients warmly, and reflect compassionate care.
• Ensure seamless care coordination through accurate records, scheduling, and handling payments.
• Educate clients on preventative care and hospital services to support pet health.
• Maintain empathy and professionalism, treating every pet like your own.
