Qualifications

• Veterinary experience preferred; strong customer service essential.
• Available Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Be the Director of First Impressions: manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients warmly, reflect compassionate care.
• Ensure Seamless Care Coordination: maintain medical records, manage appointments, handle payments; keep operations smooth.
• Advocate for Pet Health: educate clients on preventive care and hospital services to ensure quality care.
