Mission Pet Health is seeking a friendly receptionist for our network of veterinary practices in Colorado. You will manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients warmly, and help coordinate care with accurate records and smooth scheduling.

Responsibilities include handling payments, sharing preventive care information, and supporting a collaborative team focused on high-quality veterinary medicine. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service orientation and genuine love for animals.

Responsibilities

• Be the Director of First Impressions: manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients with a positive attitude, and reflect compassionate care.
• Ensure Seamless Care Coordination: maintain accurate medical records, manage appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions.
• Advocate for Pet Health: educate clients on preventive care and other hospital services to ensure optimal pet care.
• Embody Compassion and Empathy: provide a calming presence and treat every pet with care.
