My Pet’s Veterinary Center – Hainesport, NJ is seeking a friendly Veterinary Receptionist/Client Service Representative to join our team. This full-time role offers 30–40 hours per week with a schedule that avoids overnights, and weekend shifts limited to two short Saturdays per month.

You will greet clients and patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, process payments, and help maintain a welcoming front desk.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Dependable, organized and able to multitask.
• Comfortable working with computers and learning new software.
• Remain calm and professional during busy or sensitive situations.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Veterinary reception or animal-care experience preferred, but training available.
• Previous reception, hospitality, medical office, or customer service experience is a plus.

Full-time | 30–40 hours per week | $18-$22/hour based on experience

My Pet’s Veterinary Center is looking for a friendly, dependable Veterinary Receptionist/Client Service Representative to join our team!

We are a small-animal veterinary practice with a supportive team and a manageable schedule. There are no overnight shifts, and weekend availability is limited to two short Saturday shifts per month.

Schedule

30–40 hours per week

Weekday shifts, including some evenings

Alternating Saturdays from 7:30 a.m.–1:00 p.m.
