My Pet’s Veterinary Center is looking for a friendly, dependable Veterinary Receptionist/Client Service Representative to join our team!
We are a small-animal veterinary practice with a supportive team and a manageable schedule. There are no overnight shifts, and weekend availability is limited to two short Saturday shifts per month.
30–40 hours per week
Weekday shifts, including some evenings
Alternating Saturdays from 7:30 a.m.–1:00 p.m.
No Sundays
No overnight shifts
Greeting clients and patients
Answering phones and responding to client questions
Scheduling appointments
Checking clients in and out
Processing payments
Reviewing appointment and patient information
Communicating clearly with clients, doctors, and the medical team
Helping maintain an organized and welcoming front desk
Providing compassionate support during both routine and emotional visits
Strong customer service and communication skills
Dependable, organized, and able to multitask
Comfortable working with computers and learning new software
Able to remain calm and professional during busy or sensitive situations
A positive, team-oriented attitude
Veterinary reception or animal-care experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person
Previous reception, hospitality, medical office, or customer service experience is a plus
$18-$22/hour, based on experience
