My Pet’s Veterinary Center – Hainesport, NJ is seeking a friendly Veterinary Receptionist/Client Service Representative. This full-time role (30–40 hours) offers a hourly wage of $18–$22 based on experience, with no overnight shifts and limited weekend shifts.

You will greet clients, answer phones, schedule appointments, and handle front desk operations in a small-animal practice. You’ll work with a supportive team, learning new software, and maintaining a calm, professional demeanor during busy

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Dependable, organized, and able to multitask.
• Comfortable working with computers and learning new software.
• Able to remain calm and professional during busy or sensitive situations.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Veterinary reception or animal-care experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.
• Previous reception, hospitality, medical office, or customer service experience is a plus.
