My Pet’s Veterinary Center – Hainesport, NJ is seeking a friendly Veterinary Receptionist/Client Service Representative to join our team. This full-time role offers 30–40 hours per week with weekend shifts on a limited basis and no overnights.

You’ll greet clients, answer phones, schedule appointments, and help maintain a welcoming front desk while supporting doctors and the team. Experience in reception or animal care is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.

My Pet’s Veterinary Center – Hainesport, NJ

Full-time | 30–40 hours per week | $18-$22/hour based on experience

My Pet’s Veterinary Center is looking for a friendly, dependable Veterinary Receptionist/Client Service Representative to join our team!

We are a small‑animal veterinary practice with a supportive team and a manageable schedule. There are no overnight shifts, and weekend availability is limited to two short Saturday shifts per month.

Schedule

• 30–40 hours per week
• Weekday shifts, including some evenings
• Alternating Saturdays from 7:30 a.m.–1:00 p.m.
• No Sundays
• No overnight shifts

Responsibilities

• Greeting clients and patients
• Answering phones and responding to client questions
• Scheduling appointments
• Checking clients in and out
• Processing payments
