Heartland Veterinary Partners seeks a Practice Manager for a Texas veterinary facility. Reporting to the Regional Director of Operations, you will oversee practice operations, HR, marketing, strategic planning, and IT management to drive profitability and high client satisfaction.

You will lead a team of doctors and staff, manage budgets, scheduling, vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while fostering a culture of service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree preferred in related field; certification a plus.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages practice financial performance and growth initiatives.
• Manages expenses including pharmacy, supplies, labor, and facility.
• Ensures inventory management and pricing accuracy with MDVM.
• Prepares and analyzes performance reports to drive improvement.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory agencies and safety standards.
• Leads staff scheduling and coordinates with recruiting.
