You will partner with the Managing Doctor to oversee finances, HR, marketing, and IT, while developing a high-performing team.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with Heartland’s support centers to enhance patient care and practice growth.

Qualifications

• Full-time, on-site; weekends when needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in applied science, veterinary technology, or business a plus.
• Practice Manager Certification a plus; MS Office skills; strong communication and client service.

Responsibilities

• Manages practice financial performance and revenue growth.
• Manages expenses including pharmacy, supplies, labor, and facility.
• Ensures appropriate inventory management and pricing with MDVM.
