You will collaborate with the Managing Doctor to protect the practice legacy while driving profitability and patient care.

The role emphasizes staff development, client satisfaction, and cross-functional leadership across operations, HR, marketing, and IT. Multi-site opportunities may arise for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Full-time, on-site role with weekend availability.
• Strong communication and client service skills are essential.
• Experience in managing teams and coordinating multiple functions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee practice financial performance and drive revenue growth.
• Manage expenses including staffing, inventory, and facility costs.
• Ensure proper pricing and budget adherence in collaboration with leadership.
• Produce and analyze performance reports to identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain compliant and accurate veterinary records and reporting.
• Partner with MDVM and Heartland HR to manage employee relations and payroll.
