The role partners with the Managing Doctor to oversee HR, marketing, budgeting, IT, and compliance, ensuring high-quality patient care across the practice.

Responsibilities

• Oversees practice financial performance and drives revenue growth.
• Manages expenses including pharmacy, supplies, labor, and facility.
• Ensures inventory management and pricing accuracy with MDVM.
• Collaborates with Heartland Marketing on strategy and external communications.
• Maintains compliance with regulatory agencies and internal SOPs.
• Leads staff scheduling, payroll, and performance evaluations.
• Supports recruiting efforts and vendor relations.
• Ensures exceptional client experience and high-quality patient care.
