Spencer Creek Animal Hospital in St. Peters, MO seeks a Practice Manager to lead daily operations, financial performance, and client satisfaction.

You will partner with the MDVM to drive profitability, develop teams, and ensure high-quality patient care in a full-service veterinary setting. Responsibilities include budgeting, reporting, compliance, vendor management, and collaboration with Heartland’s recruiting and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; additional degrees or PM certification are a plus.
• Experience in managing a medical or veterinary practice is preferred.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage practice financial performance and drive revenue growth.
• Oversee expenses including pharmacy, supplies, labor, and facility.
• Ensure accurate pricing and payroll compliance.
• Coordinate budgeting, reporting, and performance insights.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and patient/clinic records.
• Collaborate with MDVM and Heartland teams on strategy and operations.
• Lead staffing, training, and development; oversee vendor relationships.
• Support client and patient experience with a focus on service quality.
