Countryside Animal Clinic PC, part of Heartland Veterinary Partners network, is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee daily operations, financial performance, and client satisfaction. You will lead a diverse team, collaborate with veterinarians and MDVM, and drive strategic initiatives to ensure service quality and practice growth.

The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and experience in a veterinary setting, with a focus on profitability and excellent client experiences.

Qualifications

• Must have strong business and financial acumen.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a veterinary setting.

Responsibilities

• Manages practice financial performance and drives revenue growth.
• Manages practice expenses including pharmacy, supplies, labor, and facility.
• Ensures appropriate inventory management and pricing in collaboration with MDVM.
• Creates and analyzes performance reports to improve operations and profitability.
• Ensures compliance with OSHA, DEA, EEOC, ADA, and Department of Labor requirements.
• Maintains staff scheduling, payroll records, and staff development.
