Job summary

Heartland Veterinary Partners is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee all aspects of veterinary practice operations, including HR, marketing, IT, and financial performance. You will align with the Managing Doctor to deliver excellent patient care and client service while driving profitability.

You will lead a team, manage scheduling, payroll, invoicing, and vendor relations, and collaborate with Heartland Marketing and HR to implement strategic plans and improvements across the practice.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and client service experience.
• Excellent computer skills including MS Office and related tools.
• Ability to manage multiple business functions in a veterinary practice.

Responsibilities

• Manage all essential business functions in veterinary practice.
• Ensure profitability and growth while protecting the practice legacy.
• Drive high client satisfaction and productive teams.
• Partner with MDVM to optimize operations and medical records.
