Bear Creek Animal Hospital in Missouri is seeking a Practice Manager to lead daily operations, financial performance, and staff development. You will partner with the Managing Doctor to grow the practice while maintaining exceptional client and patient care.

The role requires strong business acumen, operations oversight, HR and IT coordination, and a proven ability to coach teams to high performance within a busy veterinary setting.

Qualifications

• Full-time, on-site position; ability to work weekends.
• Excellent communication skills and client service experience required.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with practice management systems.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety techniques and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee practice financial performance and budgeting.
• Manage expenses including pharmacy, supplies, labor, and facility.
• Ensure inventory management and pricing accuracy.
• Lead staff scheduling and payroll coordination.
• Collaborate with MDVM to maintain medical records and compliance.
• Drive customer satisfaction and client experience through leadership.
