Job summary

K-M Regional Veterinary Hospital, part of Heartland Veterinary Partners, seeks a Practice Manager to lead operations, HR, marketing, and IT efforts, driving profitability while maintaining high-quality patient care and client service.

Reporting to the Regional Director of Operations, you will manage finances, staffing, and vendor relations to support growth and a positive practice culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree preferred.
• Associate degree in business, veterinary tech, or applied science is a plus.
• Practice Manager Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage practice financial performance and drive revenue growth.
• Oversee expenses including pharmacy, supplies, labor, and facility.
• Ensure appropriate inventory management and pricing with MDVM.
• Prepare budgets and analyze performance reports.
• Direct staff scheduling and ensure excellent client service.
• Lead vendor relationships and operational improvements.
