Heartland Veterinary Partners LLC is seeking a Practice Manager for a Winchester, TN clinic. The role reports to the Regional Director of Operations and leads business functions, HR, marketing, strategic planning, and IT management to ensure profitability and high client satisfaction.

The successful candidate will manage daily operations, partner with clinical leadership, and drive growth while maintaining the practice legacy. Strong people leadership and a passion for animal care are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and people management to lead a veterinary practice team.
• Ability to analyze practice performance and drive profitability and growth.
• Experience collaborating with clinicians, staff, and external partners to enhance client experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages practice financial performance and drives revenue growth.
• Controls expenses including pharmacy, supplies, labor, and facilities.
• Ensures inventory is balanced between stock and sales and maintains pricing accuracy.
• Oversees staffing, scheduling, and payroll processes to ensure smooth operations.
• Partners with MDVM and Heartland HR to maintain compliance and quality patient care.
• Leads marketing collaboration to enhance community presence and client engagement.
• Maintains regulatory compliance with OSHA, DEA, and labor laws.
• Supports physicians and staff by providing effective management and development.
