WellHaven is seeking a Practice Manager to lead clinical care quality and client service while driving hospital profitability and employee development. The role reports to the Principal Doctor and collaborates across teams to maintain WellHaven’s standards and brand.

You will manage onboarding, training, and performance coaching, create annual budgets, and oversee scheduling and compliance. This onsite position requires strong leadership in a fast-paced veterinary environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or higher in business management preferred
• WellHaven hospital experience and/or previous supervisor/manager experience in veterinary medicine or health-related industry
• CVPM certification or Veterinary Management Institute certification a plus

• Partner with Principal Doctor to uphold the WellHaven brand with high‑quality veterinary care and exceptional service
• Maximize hospital efficiency, productivity, and profitability
• Oversee and train employees in professional client service, including Wellness Plans and preventive care education
• Manage onboarding, benefits, workers' compensation, recruiting, coaching, and counseling
• Develop annual plans, budgets, and hospital productivity targets with leadership
• Ensure compliance with policies and laws, cash control, inventory management, and scheduling
