Job summary

Heartland Veterinary Partners LLC is seeking a Practice Manager for Foothills Animal Clinic in El Paso to oversee operations, profitability, HR, marketing, and IT management in partnership with the Managing Doctor.

You will lead a team to deliver high‑quality patient care and exceptional client service, manage budgets, payroll, vendor relations, and compliance, and collaborate with Heartland’s Recruiting and Support Center to sustain growth.

Qualifications

• Full‑time, on‑site; weekends when needed.
• Ability to lift patients and equipment up to 25 pounds; assistance for heavier lifting.

Responsibilities

• Manages practice financial performance and drives revenue growth.
• Oversees expenses including pharmacy, supplies, labor, and facility.
• Manages inventory and pricing in collaboration with the MDVM.
• Ensures compliant medical records and regulatory adherence.
• Leads staffing, payroll, vendor relations, and HR processes.
• Partner with Heartland Recruiting and Support Center to enable growth.
• Maintains client and patient satisfaction through service excellence.
