Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a managerial role, veterinary or healthcare preferred.
• CVPM, CVBL and/or a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated experience with P&L management and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational activities of the veterinary practice.
• Lead staff recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Manage budgeting, billing, expense control, and accounts receivable processes.
