VetProCentral is seeking a Practice Manager to serve as an operational resource to the Hospital Director, ensuring daily functions run smoothly across departments while supporting team development and client experience goals.

This onsite, full-time role connects frontline teams with senior leadership, translating strategy into day-to-day execution and driving quality care in a fast-paced veterinary environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and professional management experience.
• Minimum three years of management experience in a veterinary, human healthcare or high-volume service environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-department operations and lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills with experience managing schedules, workflows and operational systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.
